How To Make A Return

At CyclePath we offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We stand behind everything that we sell. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please follow these steps:

  • Contact CyclePath or email cyclemedhat@gmail.com 
  • Provide your order # and the reason for a return
  • Request a return action: Repair, replace, return or store credit
  • Our team will review your request as quickly as we can and reach out to you to fulfil the request.

After the product has been received and inspected by a CyclePath team member, payment will be refunded back to the original method of payment or a replacement product will be shipped.


Return Policy

At CyclePath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Countries We Ship To:

  • Canada
  • Global - contact us since some restrictions may apply

Returns:

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (must remain like new condition).
  • All returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Sale items are final sale or may require a restocking fee

Exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges for new products. Some exceptions may apply.

Product Condition:

  • Only new, unused products are eligible for return or exchange.

Return Methods:

  • You can return items by mail or drop them off in-store.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking Fees:

  • A restocking fee of 10% of the product price may be applied on any order at the discretion of CyclePath if the conditions in the above policy are not met. Restocking fees may be applied to an in-store credit, gift card or deducted from the funds returned on your original payment method. CyclePath does not charge restocking fees for items ordered direct from our suppliers that are returned/exchanged or for products purchased from our stores with the exception of the following:
     
    • Items shipped back in inappropriate packaging
    • Special ordered bikes
    • Items that are returned that do not adhere to our return policy

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item.

Processing Fees:

  • Online orders that are cancelled could be subject to a 3% processing fee at the discretion of CyclePath. If you have any questions about our processing fees please reach out to our staff. We are here to help.
