At CyclePath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Returns:
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (must remain like new condition).
- All returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Sale items are final sale or may require a restocking fee
Exchanges:
- We accept exchanges for new products. Some exceptions may apply.
Product Condition:
- Only new, unused products are eligible for return or exchange.
Return Methods:
- You can return items by mail or drop them off in-store.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Restocking Fees:
- A restocking fee of 10% of the product price will be applied to all online returns.
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item.
