Customers will receive tracking numbers and updates via email as they become available. Please note that bikes requiring assembly or packing, may take up to a week to process before shipping, and this time-frame can vary based on the season and current order backlog.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150. Sale items may be excluded from the free shipping offer. Please note that bicycles are considered oversized items and may not qualify for free shipping. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us. Additionally, electric bikes are large and heavy, and due to battery shipping regulations, they are excluded from the free shipping offer. We strive to keep our shipping rates low, so please reach out if you need to arrange special shipping conditions.

Free In-Store Pickup
Most orders are ready for pickup within one business day. Please note that some items may require additional processing time for assembly or transfer from off-site locations. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready. If you need an item urgently, please call our store to confirm availability before your visit. Orders must be picked up within 15 days unless special arrangements are made in advance; otherwise, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
