We offer shipping options for items within Canada. For orders outside of Canada, please contact us for details before placing your order. Most orders ship within two business days. Customers will receive tracking numbers and updates via email as they become available. Please note that bikes requiring assembly or packing, may take up to a week to process before shipping, and this time-frame can vary based on the season and current order backlog.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150. Sale items may be excluded from the free shipping offer. Please note that bicycles are considered oversized items and may not qualify for free shipping. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us. Additionally, electric bikes are large and heavy, and due to battery shipping regulations, they are excluded from the free shipping offer. We strive to keep our shipping rates low, so please reach out if you need to arrange special shipping conditions.
International Shipping
CyclePath offers international shipping, but special conditions may apply. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
In Supplier Warehouse Shipping
Some items are stored at our off-site warehouse or with our suppliers. Products marked "Warehouse" will first be shipped to our CyclePath store where our team will inspect the order for accuracy, assemble or prepare the items as needed, securely pack it, and then ship it to you. This two-step handling process typically adds time to your delivery. Total transit and processing time for warehouse items generally ranges from 2 to 8 days depending on the item's size and transit time. You will receive updates at each stage; if you need a faster option or have timing concerns, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Free In-Store Pickup
Most orders are ready for pickup within one business day. Please note that some items may require additional processing time for assembly or transfer from off-site locations. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready. If you need an item urgently, please call our store to confirm availability before your visit. Orders must be picked up within 15 days unless special arrangements are made in advance; otherwise, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
