Meet Our Team

Greg Watson

Greg Watson – Owner - El Presidente

Years at CyclePath: I opened it in 1995, so 29 years!

Bikes: Norco Fluid C1 VLT  for the trails, Electra Ace of Spades for in town, and hanging on the wall in my office is my old Carbon Kestrel Sci500 time trial bike. I also have a museum of about 50 classic bikes.

Best Day on the Bike: Heading out for a ride and beer in Elkwater with friends.

Other Interests Outside of Bikes: Motorcycles, cars, anything with wheels really. Play my guitar every night!

Favourite Band/Artist: Some good ol' blues from Dennis Jones.

Special Mentions: Thanks to my wife, Kerry, for letting me run a big toy store!

Cole Watson – Owner

Years at CyclePath: Is "Forever" a suitable answer?.

Bikes: Custom Kona Honzo, Rocky Altitude C70 Coil, Cinelli Zydeco, and a Rocky Flow are my "every day bikes".

Best Place to Ride: Honestly, has to be the Medicine Hat area - We are super lucky here. If I had to choose elsewhere, probably Squamish - It's a paradise out there.

Other Interests Outside of Bikes: I could talk cars all day long, and I am crazy about my dogs.

Favourite Band/Artist: Super tough one, but I would have to go with Judas Priest.

Special Mentions: Fun fact: my great great great grandfather is credited for building the first bicycle in Norway.

Dream Bike: Here we go: Evil Offering with full Kashima Fox suspension, Specialized tires, RaceFace Era cranks and wheels, and an electronic Sram T-Type drive train. Then equip it with all the OneUp EDC goodies.

After Ride Ritual: Beer + patio = happy place
