Meet Our Team
Greg Watson – Owner - El Presidente
Years at CyclePath: I opened it in 1995, so 27 years!
Bikes: Specialized S-Works Turbo Levo , Cromoly Kona Roadhouse road bike, and hanging on the wall in my office is my old Carbon Kestrel Sci500 time trial bike. I also have a museum of about 50 classic bikes.
Favourite Bike: My Specialized Levo
Best Day on the Bike: Heading out for a ride and beer in Elkwater with friends.
Other Interests Outside of Bikes: Motorcycles, cars, anything with wheels really.
Favourite Band/Artist: Some good ol' blues from Dennis Jones.
Special Mentions: Thanks to my wife, Kerry, for letting me run a big toy store!
Cole Watson – Owner
Years at CyclePath: Is "Forever" a suitable answer?.
Bikes: Custom Kona Honzo, Specialized Tarmac, United Bmx, State fixie, and a 1964 Raleigh Sport for cruising around on.
Best Place to Ride: Honestly, has to be the Medicine Hat area - We are super lucky here. If I had to choose elsewhere, probably Squamish - It's a paradise out there.
Other Interests Outside of Bikes: I could talk cars all day long, and I am crazy about my dogs.
Favourite Band/Artist: Super tough one, but I would have to go with Judas Priest.
Special Mentions: Fun fact: my great great great grandfather is credited for building the first bicycle in Norway.
Dan Haughian – Sales Manager

Favourite Bike: Actually, my favourite bike of mine is not built up right now. It is a 2007 Rocky mountain flow DJ with a special edition paint job.
Dream Bike: Here we go: Evil Offering with full Kashima Fox suspension, Specialized tires, RaceFace NextR cranks and wheels, and an electronic Sram AXS Eagle drive train. Then equip it with all the OneUp EDC goodies.
After Ride Ritual: Beer + patio = happy place
Interests Outside of Cycling: I'm a busy father of three girls, but I'm also an avid gamer, and BBQ connoisseur.
Special Mentions: With over a decade in the bike shop and multiple certifications from the industry, I still feel like each day at work is another day in paradise. I've been an active board member with the 670 Collective Mountain Bike Club for many years now and I look forward to continuing to give back to the cycling community here in Medicine Hat.
Trent Allard – Senior Technician
Years at CyclePath: Been working at CyclePath for 23 years now.
Bikes: I have too many to list here, but I do have a couple favourites. My go-to road bike would be my Colnago C59 with full Italian parts spec including a Campagnolo Super Record drive train. My mountain bike pick is my custom build Norco Revolver.
Dream Bike: Replace my C59 frame with a Colnago Master and there you have it!
Best Riding Spot: Road - Mount Saint Helen was amazing. Mountain - Whitehorse... and Canmore... and Whistler... and Bend Oregon... If I had to choose one place to ride road and mountain, I would have to pick Medicine Hat. No matter what I'm riding, this place is hard to beat.
After Ride Ritual: An Ice cold Radler.
Best Show You've Been To: Huey Lewis and the News!
Special Mentions: Shoutout to Specialized tall socks, they're just so good.
